Training 1.8.14


  • Snatch
    • 3.2.2 @ 75% (55)
    • 2.1.2 @ 80% (58)
    • 1.1.1 @ 85% (62)--missed the first attempt, then hit three solid singles.
  • Power Clean (blocks)
    • 4 @ 75% (62)
    • 3.2 @ 80% (66)
    • 2.2 @ 85% (70)
      • These felt REALLY good.  My form is improving.  The weight was fairly easy, which probably means that my 1 RM power clean is not a true max.  Based these sets off of max of 82kg.
  • Front Squat
    • 2.2.2.2 @ 85% (83)
      • Feeling so much stronger with these!!!  Also, wearing a belt with anything over 80% has helped.
