- Attempt at 70--missed due to footwork
- Attempt at 73--literally threw this one over my head, I pulled it so hard.
- PR @ 73kg!!!
- This felt really good and was very empowering. Footwork was solid and I think it finally "clicked". Now that I've felt it, I "know" what it means and what I have to do to make it happen again. Still gotta work on keeping shoulders active and staying tight in the catch. Wish I could attach the video, but it's on FB, and I don't know how to from there.

- Easy-peasy and a good cool down for the CNS after the snatch work.

- Did the first set at 45kg, but then dropped to 35kg for the remainder. 35 was a little too easy. Probably should've done 40kg for all the sets.
