Training 1.20.14


  • Power Snatch (blocks)
    • 3.3 @ 75% (47)
    • 2.3.2 @ 80% (50)
    • 2.1.2 @ 85% (53)
      • Felt like I was swinging these out today.  My back is still pretty tight from last week.  Excited for my massage in two days!
  • Push-Press
    • 3.3.3 @ 80% (67)
    • 2.3.2.2 @ 85% (70)
      • These were brutal today...after having done them just two days ago.  I was happy when they were over.  :)  Shoulders were kind of achy.
  • Back Squat
    • 4.3.3 @ 80% (93)
    • 3.2.3 @ 85% (99)

        • 3 @ 100kg
        • 2 @ 105kg
        • 3 @ 100kg
          • Felt good to squat heavy today!
  • Drop Snatch (added to the programming at the last minute today--stayed light for legs)
    • 4.3.4.3 @ 40kg
      • Legs definitely were tired after squats, but overall, these were good.
