- 1+1 @ 95kg--racked it but couldn't stand it up...stayed too long in the bottom. Think I was just surprised by how easy the pull was.

- Again...pulls were easy. Now I just have to add more strength----> SQUATS!!!!!

Training 1.17.14
Competitor Weightlifting Class tonight. I look forward to the atmosphere, but I don't like lifting this late in the day, I think. I just feel tired after a day of chasing kids and keeping up with things around the house. My programmed reps and sets were supposed to be very different from what Istvan actually had me do tonight.
