- Supposed to be at 85%, but I don't have a PR in this movement yet, so Istvan said to do the sets at 60 kg.

Great day! I'm feeling very good, confident, encouraged but mostly just GRATEFUL. I don't take a single day of this for granted. Life is good and I am blessed.
Rest day tomorrow. Massage tonight and a chiro appointment in the morning. Ordered some new Oly shoes and they should arrive next week. See??? Life is so, so good!
