- Ended up doing 3.3.2.3. Coach had me work on pointing my toes and knees out at the start. Not rising too much with my back and not straightening my legs too soon. And here I thought I was making progress.... ha! :) But really, he said he will change things one at a time. This will be never-ending, I'm sure, but I am anxious to learn.

- ended up doing 3.4.3.4. Istvan added a set because he cancelled the following sets. (These were hard...my lower back felt fatigued and tight today, as well as my hamstring. I was glad the sets at 85% were cancelled.)
