Training 1.18.14


  • Push Press
    • 4.4 @ 70% (56)
    • 4.3 @ 75% (60)
    • 2.2 @ 80% (64)
  • Front Squat
    • 2.3.2.3 @ 80% (78)
Then I added some body building.  Did 4 rounds of 10 pushups and 25 situps.  Slow and controlled...solid movements.
