- First set at 60. Next three sets at 55 (back is pretty tight and fatigued from yesterdays DL's and had trouble staying tight). As I warmed up more, my technique and footwork was much better, so Isvan had me hit 1 rep at 60 again. Then a set of 2 at 60. They were MUCH improved.

- Front Squat

- Hip flexors very tight. Had a good stretch session post training.
- Drop Snatch

- I can really feel and see how these are going to help technique immensely. Mostly with footwork and staying tight in the catch.
