- 2x3 @ 100% + 10kg (85kg)
- These felt really good...final rep at 85kg was a little tough.
- Romanian Deadlift
- 5x4--Choose your weight
- Stayed at 85kg and really focused on form. Pretty easy.
Still a little tight through the quads and flexors. Otherwise, great.
