- Snatch
- 3 @ 75% (55kg)
- 2.1 @ 80% (60kg)--only hit 1 on the first set
- 1.2 @ 85% (64kg)--only hit 1 on the second set
- 1.1 @ 90% (67kg)--hit 1 at 67, then Istvan had me hit 1 at 70, then made two attempts at 73 but missed. (Under it each time...just got work on the catch and the squat.) I'll see if I can attach the videos. This is very embarrassing because I don't just want to lift heavy, I want it to look pretty, too. So, my technique needs some work...A LOT of work. But I am patient. :)
The first attempt...this one irritated my hammy a little when coming out of the squat. Hence the pause and then the butt shooting up.
Second attempt...and so there it is in all it's ugly glory. I'm only posting so I can look back and see how far I've come when my technique looks so much better. :)

- These felt so much better today! The progress is exciting.

- 2.3.2 @ 85% (98)--after first set, I dropped down to 85kg for 2x4. Hamstring was just a little stressed out from the heavy snatching, I think. And I may have tweaked my back a little, too. It's been a little tight today, so we'll see how tomorrow feels. (I actually squatted before the cleans today because the blocks were busy.
