Training 4.9.14


  • Snatch

  • High Pull Snatch

  • Snatch Pull
    • 3.3 @ 85kg

  • Drop Snatch (Power)
    • 3.2.2 @ 70kg
      • Missed second rep on second set

These power drop snatches felt heavy and I felt pretty unstable on the lock out.  Definitely need more work here.  My body is sore...elbows, traps, lats.  Looking forward to a rest day.  Went to the gym later today and did a sauna.  Also did some bodybuilding with triceps and lats (rear barbell presses, dips, and pull ups).  Istvan says no more pull ups.  :)  Getting a massage tomorrow night.  Need it badly!
